About this seeker

A cautious and sensible renter, clearly keen to secure a place but rightly wanting to see the agreement before handing over any money. They're looking around Oldbury and were ready to move in at the start of the month, though the exact date is still being confirmed. They seem organized, having sent over payslips and address history, and are likely in their mid-20s.
