About this seeker

In search of a room close to family, they're keen to secure somewhere that feels safe and welcoming—they've been upfront about ruling out areas they consider dangerous. Hoping to move in by 10th August when they get paid, and they're keen to get the application sorted before arranging a viewing. They come across as friendly and straightforward, though a bit stressed by the paperwork hiccups.
