I'm an experienced social work practitioner and manager, for the past 18 years specialising in harmful sexual behaviour services; completing AIM assessments and Interventions with children and young people, supporting parents/carers, and working with other agencies to manage risks, respond to needs and develop plans. I've supervised practice, supported others' professional development and managed the development, delivery and evaluation of services. I have extensive experience of providing advice and support to other professionals/agencies, through consultation and the design and delivery of training, and worked with many organisations to support the development of policies and procedures.
