Scope of Work
Strip all beds and remake with fresh linen, fluff and arrange pillows and cushions, restock kitchen essentials (dish soap, sponge, bin bags), replace towels with fresh set, restock toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet rolls).
Vacuum/mop all floors, dust all surfaces, shelves, TV unit, wipe light switches, door handles, remote controls, clean and disinfect kitchen worktops, clean oven, hob, and extractor fan, clean microwave inside and out, empty and wipe fridge and freezer, run dishwasher or hand-wash all dishes, empty all waste bins and replace liners.
Clean bathroom — toilet, sink, shower, bath, clean bathroom mirrors and chrome fixtures, clean inside windows and glass doors, lock all windows, set entry code.
Check Wi-Fi is working, check all lights are working, set thermostat to arrival temperature, leave welcome note/pack in place, take photos of clean property for records, report any damage or maintenance issues.
