Cleaning job in B10

Full deep clean of the communal kitchen and shared high-touch areas at Kunda House's Birmingham B10 property, to be completed on Friday 6 November 2026. Work through the interactive checklist section by section. Priorities: inside and outside of all appliances, behind and underneath every safely movable fridge, freezer and washing machine, oven and hob degreasing, all surfaces, doors, handrails, switches, and the inside of unnumbered communal cupboards and drawers.

STRICT RULE: Numbered cupboards belong to tenants. Do not open, empty, wipe or clean numbered tenant cupboards. Safeguard tenants' food and personal belongings; do not dispose of anything without management authorisation. Move appliances only when safe; never pull gas, water or electrical connections. Follow product and manufacturer safety guidance; do not mix chemicals.

Photographic proof is mandatory: upload before-and-after photos for every cleaning section, including clear shots behind/under the fridge, freezer and washing machines before they are moved back. Report defects, leaks, mould and pests separately. Tick each completed checklist item. The cleaner's tick-off is not final acceptance: Kunda House management must inspect and sign off the work.
